1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website StudentStats.net and all services provided through it. By accessing this website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Your personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Site Objective & Informational Content

The content published on StudentStats.net is provided for general informational purposes. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, the information on this website may contain inadvertent errors or omissions and is subject to change without notice. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer unless expressly confirmed in writing through a formal project quote.

3. Service Description

StudentStats.net provides professional statistical analysis services designed to support academic research. Our services include, but are not limited to, descriptive analysis, inferential statistical tests, correlation and regression analysis, advanced multivariate techniques, data visualization, and results interpretation. We work with tools such as SPSS, Python, R, and Excel.

StudentStats.net operates through two service channels: (a) the AI App at app.studentstats.net, a self-service statistical analysis tool where users can run analyses for free and purchase credit-based downloadable reports; and (b) Expert Services, a done-for-you analysis service performed by human specialists. The terms below specify which channel they apply to where relevant.

Our services are intended to assist students and researchers with the statistical components of their academic work. We do not write theses, dissertations, or academic papers on behalf of clients. The analysis and interpretation we provide are meant to be integrated into the client's own work.

4. AI App — Automated Analysis Tool

StudentStats.net operates an AI-powered statistical analysis application (“AI App”) at app.studentstats.net. Running statistical tests is free and unlimited. Generating downloadable, publication-ready reports requires credits, which can be purchased in packs. The following terms apply to your use of the AI App:

4.1 Credits & Purchases

The AI App uses a credit-based system for generating downloadable statistical reports. New users receive 5 free demo credits at sign-up, with no payment card required. Additional credits can be purchased in the following packs:

Credits do not expire and remain available on your account indefinitely. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Unused credits may be applied toward Expert Services at their face value.

By purchasing credits, you consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive your right to withdraw from the purchase once credits are delivered to your account.

4.2 Payment Processing

Credit purchases are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. StudentStats.net does not store your full payment card details; all card data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and security standards.

5. Expert Services — Ordering & Payment

All projects begin with a free quote. After reviewing your requirements and data, we will provide a detailed quote outlining the scope of work, timeline, and price. The quote is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

Payment is required in full before work begins. We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and Wise. For larger projects, payment may be split 50/50 by prior agreement. Prices are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of all applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

6. Delivery & Revisions

We will deliver the completed analysis within the timeframe agreed upon in the project quote. Standard projects are typically delivered within 48 hours. More complex analyses (such as doctoral projects) typically require 3–5 business days, which will be communicated upfront.

Each project includes one free revision. The revision must be requested within 7 days of delivery and must fall within the original scope of work. Additional revisions or changes to the project scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before any additional work is undertaken.

7. Content Rights & Copyright

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, page layout, design elements, and software — is the intellectual property of StudentStats.net or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Intellectual Property — Analysis Results

The client retains full ownership of their original data, research questions, and any materials provided to us. Upon delivery and full payment, the client receives full rights to use the analysis results and reports in their academic work.

StudentStats.net retains the right to the general methodologies, techniques, and analytical approaches used in performing the analysis. We do not claim ownership of the client's data or the specific results produced for the client's project.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

StudentStats.net provides statistical analysis support services. We do not guarantee specific academic grades, publication acceptance, or any particular outcome resulting from the use of our analysis.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

The client is responsible for verifying that the analysis meets the specific requirements of their academic institution, supervisor, or publisher.

StudentStats.net shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website, including but not limited to damages caused by errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, delays in operation, computer viruses, or line failures. We do not warrant that the website will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or harmful components.

13. Confidentiality

We treat all client data and project details with strict confidentiality. Your datasets, research topics, and personal information will not be published or used for any purpose other than completing your project. We do not share client data with third parties, except with trusted service providers acting on our behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

All team members involved in your project are bound by confidentiality obligations. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

14. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund. Once analysis work has commenced, cancellation terms are as follows:

If we are unable to complete a project due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

14.1 AI App Credit Purchases

Purchased credits are non-refundable once delivered to your account, as they constitute digital content supplied immediately upon purchase. Credits do not expire. Unused credits may be applied toward Expert Services at their face value. If you experience a technical issue preventing credit delivery, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

15. Affiliate & Referral Programme

StudentStats.net operates an affiliate programme powered by PromoteKit, a third-party affiliate tracking platform. The programme is available at studentstats.promotekit.com. The following terms apply:

16. Free Online Tools

StudentStats.net provides free interactive tools (including the Sample Size Calculator, Statistical Test Selector, Effect Size Calculator, P-Value Interpreter, and APA Results Formatter) for educational and informational purposes. These tools run entirely in your browser; no data you enter is transmitted to our servers. Results are provided as-is and should be verified independently before use in academic work.

17. Third-Party Services

Our website and services use the following third-party providers, each of which may process certain data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy:

18. Force Majeure

StudentStats.net shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, internet or power outages, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event, and delivery timelines will be extended accordingly.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and the terms of our Affiliate Programme where applicable, constitute the entire agreement between you and StudentStats.net regarding your use of the website and services. These terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
